At this time we believe the incident has been resolved. A root cause analysis will be posted here when a comprehensive investigation has been completed. Please not that this could take up to 2 weeks if we need to involve any of our vendors.

Monitoring
A fix has been put in place and remaining virtual machines are online. We will continue to monitor this situation to ensure there is no further impact to connectivity. Once a full root cause is determined, an official update will be made here on this incident.

Identified
We have identified an operating system issue on one of our clustered hosts that impacted hosted systems beyond the resident virtual machines. We've removed the impacted system and are beginning to bring things back online. We will continue to work to restore impacted systems and ensure the identified fix is sufficient to maintain connectivity to our environment.
