Resolved - Our team and ISP have continued to monitor this issue over the past 2 hours and have seen no additional impact after the fix was implemented by the provider. At this time, we're confident that this issue has been resolved.

Monitoring - Our internet service provider reports that a fix has been made and connectivity seems to have stabilized. We're working closely with them to monitor the situation and will take further action as needed. If you're still experiencing connectivity issues, please report them to our helpdesk.

Identified - Our internet service provider has reported that they are experiencing some intermittent routing problems in our east coast facility. These routing issues are causing inconsistent and slow connections to some resources. They're actively working to correct the problem. We will provide further updates on resolution as we get information.
