UPDATE: Our our team is diligently working with our service providers to identify and resolve the intermittent slowness experienced by some customers in connecting to their environment.

Some issues with latency and intermittent disconnects have been reported. We are investigating the issue and at this time believe it's related to an internet or ISP issue. We've raised tickets with vendors and are continuing to monitor the situation.

On Wednesday June 15th beginning at 8 PM Pacific, we will be performing some upgrades in our west coast data center. The maintenance window will extend until Thursday June 16th at 3 AM.
During this time there may be intermittent interruptions to access as we perform some upgrades to our firewalls and storage systems.
