Resolved

Our internet service provider has identified this to be an issue with a downstream router that was quickly corrected by fault tolerant systems. They have reported that the issue has been resolved. We have been monitoring and have seen no additional impact from this incident.

Investigating

We experienced an issue on our network that caused an inability for some clients to connect to the environment for about 5 minutes. Connectivity has been restored at this time and we're actively working on determining the root cause.
