Scope: Parallels Remote Application Server Farm Update - Application Hosting

Expected Impact: During the maintenance window connectivity to the hosted systems via Parallels will be temporarily interrupted as all systems are updated to the latest running version. Systems will be restarted during the process to apply updates. This maintenance only applies to Application Hosting clients that reside in our East - blyCloud hosting environment.

While we do not expect the entire maintenance window to be necessary, there is always the possibility for issues when moving to new versions of software. Our team will provide an update as soon as work has been completed, tested, and no further interruption is expected.
