We will be performing a firewall upgrade on our east coast facility on Wednesday 1/15/2025. Beginning at 10PM EST, hosted systems will experience a network outage while new equipment is installed. While we do expect connectivity to be restored quickly, please be advised that the maintenance window will last until 2AM EST. There may be brief interruptions to connectivity while we finalize installation and perform testing throughout this window.

Our team will provide updates throughout the maintenance window on status and expected restoration of connectivity.
