At this time we've seen no further evidence of any continued problem with the remote access farm, and operations have continued to function as expected.

Monitoring

We've found that one of the components which brokers 1/3 of the connection to the environment was experiencing an issue. We've power cycled that component and it's now operating as expected.

We will continue to monitor over the next few hours to ensure there is no further action required.

Investigating

Currently there are reports that users are having issues connecting to our west coast environment. We're actively working on this issue and will provide an update on status shortly.
